The club announces the departure of Sergio Fernández Arévalo, Termisfa, who will retire after two years coaching Clash Royale teams

This Monday is a sad day at Team Queso, both for team-mates and fans. It’s time to say goodbye to a person who has always been there, a person that achieved many things for the club. Termisfa has been Team Queso’s Clash Royale coach since November 2017, just over 2 years ago, and since then has played an important role in the club.

Today we say goodbye to him and the reasons for his departure are in mutual agreement with the club and due to personal reasons, Termis intends to devote more time to his family and his studies by not having to travel for months to Los Angeles to compete in the CRL splits. A well-deserved rest and from Team Queso we wish you all the best and don’t forget that we will welcome you back with open arms.

‘I still remember the first few days. I signed on a Thursday night and on Saturday we were travelling to compete. The following weekends were the same, we went to London, Bilbao and the finals of the first SLO. It was crazy and since I had my début as a coach, everything seems to have gone by in the blink of an eye. I’m very proud of everything and I’ll always remember it’ said a moved Termis.

Termisfa has coached the best Clash Royale players in the world, and his results also consolidate him as one of the best coaches on the planet, being crowned European CRL champion at the end of 2018 and participating in the World Championship that same year in Japan. Among his achievements we have a second and a fourth place in SLO, this 4th place also with an unforgettable comeback during the regular season, also two second places in the 2017 and 2018 Qlash leagues, and titles in ESWC Paris and the already mentioned CRL 2018 Europe.

Termisfa has always been synonymous with work and progression, feeling and total dedication to a joint cause: Team Queso. His work always went beyond coaching every day and with what it entails. He was concerned about improving every aspect of his day to day and always participated the most in all the work related to content creation and promotion of the competitions.

The club has nothing but words of gratitude for these two years of dedication, and a void after his departure that will not be easy to fill. Fuyur said it best: ‘Termisfa’s departure will leave a void impossible to fill. He has been an invaluable asset to the organisation in general and to the Clash Royale division in particular.”

Cuchi Cuu has been in the club since the very beginning, and these are his words: “Termisfa, thank you so much for everything you have taught me, I wouldn’t be where I am now without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart”.

Thank you very much for everything and good luck, Termisfa! Team Queso is and will be your home.
